Honestly, we cannot pass up this place every time we go to the city. Some of the best crawfish in town. Everything‘s made fresh, your food will always be piping hot. The flavors are outstanding. If you just want some good ol’ crawfish, this is the place to go. This is a Family owned business.

A great place for crawdads and seafood with a lot of tables outside. Good for groups of friends ready to dig into a 20 lb. batch of crawdads and other stuff on the menu.

Best meal we had in New Orleans! Crawfish was incredibly fresh. Crawfish rangoons were amazing. Also enjoyed the siracha lime charbroiled oysters. Definitely worth a trip from the city center!

We were looking for a great place to go experience crawfish for the first time and Clesi’s turned out to be IT!!! We had just a short wait on a Saturday night, but while we were waiting we saw them carting in fresh bags of crawfish from a delivery driver. Then they sat us at a table, outside but under cover that overlooked the whole cooking process! It was great! Our waitress was so kind and helpful! The crawfish was perfectly cooked and the spice level was just right! And not only that it only took moments from order to table delivery! 10 out of 10 …. Would do again!

This place was recommended to me by friends who live locally & 10/10 recommend!! Now the line is LONG!! I won’t sugar coat that ! lol But it’s well worth the wait. When I arrived, the wait was 1 hour 30 min. We went next door and grabbed a drink abd played Jenga while we waited which worked out perfectly. 30 Minutes later I checked in to see how the list was moving and to my surprise they had a table ready for me!! The grilled shrimp poboy was delicious, the chargrilled oysters were finger licking good but the CRAWFISH ! Now thoooose were the star of the show!! We ordered 2 lbs for 4 people. That was a mistake! 1-2 lbs per person is more like it! The drinks were good. Love the backyard kickback type vibe! The music was great! The server was very in tune to our needs and a great help with menu recommendations! Now it’s outside of the french quarter so you’ll have to travel a bit, but it’s worth little 15 min drive. If you are looking for crawfish look no further!

Core memory unlocked. Outside of a short stop on Bourbon St last night, our 2200 mile trip to NOLA started with one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever been a part of. After finding some highly rated reviews on Reddit, we made our way to Clesi’s and were blown away with our time there. Chance took care of us and delivered the highest quality service experience I’ve received in many years. Not only helping guide us through the menu with recommendations, but also giving us a very intentional idea of what we should check off our New Orleans list while in town. The boil was everything we hoped for and more. As much as it would have been nice to have them, big respects on skipping out stocking out-of-season crawfish. Everything they put on that plate was really fresh and well sized. The burger and po boy the rest of our party was fantastic as well. Gold star for the candied jalapeño and bacon charred oysters! New Orleans quickly became one of our favorite destinations we’ve been to and Clesi’s helped ensure we’ll be lifelong travellers based on the hospitality alone. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could!

Great seafood boil! Unfortunately it wasn’t crawfish season- but the crab and shrimp were great. The seasoning was just right- adding flavor but didn’t overpower the shellfish ( it was also gluten free). Everything was very fresh and the shrimp were large . We sat on the patio at a picnic table . The bartender/ server was extremely nice and even showed us how to get the meat out of the crab. The corn and sausage were also really good.

Had the boudin bites, fried seafood platter, 2 pounds of crawfish was about 12.99 a pound, pricey considering crawfish season just started but all were amazing. Great service !! We were even checked on for satisfaction by the manager who was very friendly! Everything was fresh and fast highly recommend!!
